The choir master has complete responsibilty for the church music at the Frauenkirche. He leads the choirs (the full choir and the chamber choir) and the instrumental group ensemble frauenkirche, coordinates by agreement the musical events and plays the new organ in the Frauenkirche.

He is assisted by the organist who is primarily responsible for the cultivation of the organ music in the Frauenkirche.
