Litarary Organ Nights by candlelight
"When words and music inspire each other, creating a harmonious whole, that makes a very special atmosphere in the candlelight in the evening." With these words organist Samuel Kummer describe the Organ Nights, which are planed by him and other collegues since 2006. In the Literary Organ Nights recitations of selected works by major poets are in dialogue with improvised organ and instrumental music. Since the beginning of the Literary Organ Nights the evenings take place in cooperation with the Staatsschauspiel Dresden (State Theater Dresden).
