When the Frauenkirche was consecrated on 30 October 2005, a new phase began in the church’s work for peace, reconciliation and tolerance between nations and religions. This aim requires renewed, strong support.

At the same time we must not forget the conservation of the Frauenkirche. Maintenance and repair plans already show clearly that in the next twenty years, work will be required costing many tens of millions of euros.  It is crucial to make financial provisions for the building if the structure is to be preserved for future generations and the Frauenkirche filled with life.

That is why we appeal to all previous donors and supporters to repeat and keep up their good example. We also appeal to new friends of the Frauenkirche: please support our work!
