Commitment is necessary

When the Appeal from Dresden was launched in 1990 to make donations for rebuilding the Frauenkirche, nobody could have foretold how many people would take up this plea. But hopes were high that rebuilding could be largely financed by donations. 
 
Hence, a special thanks goes out to all donors and promoters. However, also after its consecration and accessibility to the public, the Frauenkirche depends on financial support. 
 
Commitment is necessary, e.g. in the form of participating in the new Founder Certificate campaign or as a member of the Society to Promote the Dresden Frauenkirche or a regional circle of friends.
