In order to organize the multifaceted life of the Frauenkirche the various tasks are split between several areas of accountabilities.
This is were all the services and devotions of the Frauenkirche but also lectures, readings and other events are planned and organised. At that, the coordination of all volunteer work in this area such as admission helpers, readers and pastoral caregiving is done here.

The department is responsible for the planning, project coordination and network work of the Frauenkirche Dresden Foundation, so that the Frauenkirche can be experienced as a participative place of peace and reconciliation.

The visitor service tries to answer all questions regarding the life of the Frauenkirche. Here, the broad range of guided tours are coordinated. The members of staff also help with choosing and purchasing concert tickets.

The Artistic Director plans and organises the high-quality concert programme that the Frauenkirche Dresden is know for. He coordinates roughly 50 concerts a year and deals with requests regarding broadcasting issues and CD recordings.

The choir master of the Frauenkirche is responsible for planning all the music in services and other forms of worship. He organises the rehearsals and performances of the two choirs and the ensemble frauenkirche and (together with the concert manager) coordinates concerts and events with sacred music.

The Frauenkirche Dresden is a complex building. In order to keep it in good condition, a lot of maintenance duties have to be performed. This is coordinated by the Church Architect.

The department is responsible for communicating the special message of the Frauenkirche to the interested public in a variety of ways, as well as for promotional communication and the sale of concert tickets. Media relations, online and social media communication are also coordinated here.
